• Space: A minimum area of 1,000–2,500 sq. ft. for the preschool setup.

• Location: A safe, accessible, and child-friendly location with adequate parking and ventilation.

• Facilities:

  • Spacious classrooms with natural lighting.

  • Play area for physical activities.

  • Sanitation facilities tailored for toddlers.

2. Expression of Interest ✍️🌟

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.

• Willingness to adhere to the INDIAN KIDS curriculum and operational guidelines.

• A commitment to maintaining the brand’s reputation and values.

3. Financial Readiness 💰📊

• Initial Investment: A minimum investment of ₹1–5 lakhs for setup and operations.

• Working Capital: Adequate funds to cover initial operational costs (e.g., staff salaries, utilities, and marketing).

• Financial Stability: Proof of financial capability to sustain the business during the initial phase.

• 1 Franchise per 1 Lakh Population or 10 km Radius: To ensure optimal reach and sustainability, we maintain a policy of 1 franchise for every 1 lakh population or within a 10 km radius, whichever is more restrictive.

• Sole Decision by INDIAN KIDS Authority: The final decision on franchise approval and territorial rights rests solely with the INDIAN KIDS Authority, based on factors such as population density, demand, and strategic growth plans.

• This policy ensures balanced growth, minimal competition, and maximum success potential for our franchisees.
